Twin Peaks Nutrition Calculator — Build Your Meal, See the Totals

The Twin Peaks nutrition calculator lets you build a meal item by item and see the combined calories, fat, carbs, sugar, and protein before you order. Pick a category, add a dish, and the totals update instantly, so you can compare a burger against a salad, see what a wing sauce really adds, or check whether that dessert fits your plan. Every number comes from Twin Peaks’ own published nutrition guide (dated March 4, 2026), not estimates.

Values come from Twin Peaks’ published nutrition guide (as of March 4, 2026) and can vary by location and customization. Burgers and sandwiches are listed without fries, salads without dressing, and wings without sauce — add those from the lists to get a full total. The Peaks Sampler and Triple Play are left out because their recipes changed in September 2026. This is an independent, unofficial tool and is not affiliated with Twin Peaks Restaurant.

    How to Use the Calculator

1Choose a menu category, such as Burgers, Wings, or Sides
2Pick an item and select Add to my meal
3Use the + and − buttons to change quantity, or Remove to drop an item
4Read your running totals, including the share of a 2,000-calorie day

    How the Numbers Are Counted

Twin Peaks lists some items without their sides or sauces, so the calculator does the same. Add those separately to get a full total.

Menu SectionHow It's ListedWhat to Add
Burgers & SandwichesWithout friesFries or sweet potato fries from Sides
Wings6 pieces, no sauceA sauce or rub (listed per 6 wings) and dressing
SaladsWithout dressingA dressing (listed per 3 fl oz)
    Everything elseAs servedNothing

Why do burgers look higher on the burgers menu page? Those totals include the fries that come with the burger. The entrée portion of French fries is 400 calories, which is how a 740-calorie Cheeseburger (before cheese) becomes the 1,210 calories shown there once you add American cheese and fries. The calculator's French Fries entry is the larger 530-calorie side order, so subtract about 130 calories if you're only counting the fries that come with your burger.

    Example Meals

    Where the Calories Hide

A few choices swing a total more than the dish itself:

    ChoiceRangeDifference
Wing sauce or rub (per 6 wings)20 cal (Spicy Cajun Rub) to 420 cal (Garlic Parmesan)400 calories
Salad dressing (3 fl oz)320 cal (Ranch) to 510 cal (Caesar)190 calories
Fries style530 cal (French Fries) vs. 650 cal (Sweet Potato Fries)120 calories
Chicken Ranch sandwich840 cal (grilled) vs. 980 cal (fried)140 calories

Dressing is the biggest surprise: the Chicken Caesar is 440 calories on its own, but Caesar dressing adds 510 more, which more than doubles it.

    What the Calculator Doesn't Include

    • Drinks and cocktails. See the full nutrition guide and the drinks menu for those.
    • Peaks Sampler and Triple Play. Both were reworked in September 2026, and updated nutrition data hasn't been published yet.
    • Newer menu items such as the RC Ranch Wagyu Burger, Smoked Bone-In Pork Chop, and the newer lunch dishes, for the same reason.
    • Allergens. The calculator covers nutrition only. Check the allergen tables before ordering if anyone in your party has a food allergy.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Twin Peaks nutrition calculator accurate?

It uses the figures in Twin Peaks' own nutrition guide, based on standard recipes. Your actual order can differ slightly because of customization, ingredient swaps, and normal kitchen variation.

Where does the data come from?

Twin Peaks' published Nutrition and Allergen Information document, dated March 4, 2026. You can read the original in the official PDF.

    Does the calculator include fries?

Not automatically. Burgers and sandwiches are listed without fries, so add French Fries or Sweet Potato Fries from the Sides category.

Why are wings so low in calories before sauce?

The listed wing numbers are for plain wings. Sauces and rubs are listed per 6 wings and range from about 20 to 420 calories, so the sauce you pick changes the total a lot.

Can I use it for allergies?

No. It only totals nutrition. Allergen details are in the nutrition and allergen guide, and Twin Peaks recommends telling your server about any allergy before you order.

Is this the official Twin Peaks calculator?

No. This is an independent tool that uses Twin Peaks' published data and isn't affiliated with the restaurant.

    Conclusion

Building a meal in the calculator takes a minute and shows how much a sauce, dressing, or side changes your total. For the full allergen breakdown, head to the Twin Peaks nutrition guide, or browse the complete menu with prices.
